In October 2020, ABOR reported the average house in the Austin-Round Rock Metropolitan Statistical Area spent 35 days on the market, which was 19 days fewer than houses spent on the market in October 2019. trong năm nay ... ~ 650K ppls move to Austin from Cali .... cho nên Austin now will be the next silicon valley, and housing prices will greatly increase ...

Đi tới đâu thì giá nhà tăng như gió thổi All other expense cũng tăng như thức ăn, quần áo, xe, bảo hiểm. Dân đô về cũng nhiều, traffic thì càng phức tạp. Đường Thì cứ expand 5 năm, 10 năm, 20 năm vẫn còn làm miệt mài Nhưng đã theo rồi thì phải theo chứ chui vô mấy hãng của chính phủ thì khó mà vô đó thì sợ bị mass layoff khi có chuyện gì |
